Step away from the noise of daily demands to ground yourself in God’s unfolding story —
through prayer, embodied practices, and honest conversation about leadership, faith, and calling.
the retreat
Set amidst the beauty of Bastrop, Texas, anakaino retreat is a Christ-centered professional growth experience that weaves together leadership training, guided prayer, conversation, and silence to help you slow down and attune to God’s presence in your vocational life and beyond.
Through sessions grounded in the fundamentals of faith and work, you’ll reframe your vocation and leadership through a redemptive lens — discerning what to release, remain in, or renew.
You’ll also participate in a prayerful brain trust with Haley or Missy, offering space for personalized reflection and clarity around next steps.
Throughout, we’ll share reflections and nourishing meals, cultivating a community grounded in grace, wisdom, and renewal.
