Meet Haley and Missy

Haley and Missy are leadership coaches and vocational facilitators who help individuals and teams navigate both outer complexity and inner transformation. Drawing from decades of experience across consulting, business, education, and nonprofit leadership, they create spaces for reflection, discernment, and renewal.

Haley and Missy originally met through a client engagement in Texas. After two days, they quickly noticed key convergences in their backgrounds, which gave them the sense that God was nudging them to work more intentionally together. After many phone calls and three days retreating together in California to listen for God’s guidance, anakaino retreat was born.

Together, Haley and Missy hope to invite many leaders to align who they are with how they lead—moving toward greater clarity, conviction, and wholeness.
